The professional(called the Expert) who specializes in devising, company specific Pension fund plans uses Client Configuration Studio to translate the Plans into machine computable solutions. For doing this, CCS plays the role of Object factory, to create, formulae, data input forms, reports and various inter-related objects for creating the solutions. Data Manager runs the definitions created by CCS, for inputting data either through screen input or through import), calculate the formulae, run queries, and print the output documents, using the templates created by the CCS. User authentication is done from the securities set by the supplementing program User Manager. End of the period calculations can be run in batches, using the Calculation Manager. Calculation Manager defines calculation jobs across the Workstations, and can be programmed to resume and stop at pre-set times, and monitor the jobs from any of the workstations. My Contribution Designed and implemented a Grid control which supports inline editing within a cell with the help of Windows common controls like Edit, Combobox, CheckBox, SpinControl, Progressbar, etc., validation hooks and access functions were provided. The grid emulates all the features of an Microsoft Access Grid Control. Designed and implemented a Masked Edit control which accepts display and input masks for all datatypes like number, alphanumeric, date, currency, etc., the control decides all these formats with respect to the regional settings of your local computer. Have provided user access functions Designed and implemented a Colorwell control which can display custom color pallete which can attached to a menu or button. User with the help of access functions can add custom colors and recieve chosen colors. Designed and implemented a Table element which allows row and column resizing. if any draw or text elements are dropped into a cell in the table element then the elements movements are limited to the cell's dimensions. Two or more cells can be joined together to make one cell. It emulates features as in MS � Word. Designed and implemented Document Editor and List Editor module in Client Configuration studio. Document editor is used to design reports for members, List editor is used to design reports for a single client. |
